2004 Pontiac GTO LS1 Aluminum Dual Core Radiator. COLD CASE
Most reproductions available are only one row or fool you into thinking a 3 or 4 row is better! Upgrade your cooling system today with our new 2 row 1" fin aluminum radiators.
These COLD CASE radiators are Tig welded 100% aluminum and are absolutely beautiful.
Don't buy a 3 or 4 row aluminum radiator! It doesn't cool as good as these oversize 2 row models.
These radiators come with OE style fittings. For MT or AT cars.

Jason was having some problems keeping his car cool in the Texas heat. We decided to set him up with our brand new aluminum radiator to see if this thing actually worked. The results are below...
The first noticeable difference is the size! 2 oversize rows over the stock 1 row.
"New rad in. Fitment was spot on. No issues. Nothing to fiddle with."
Confirmed fit with Svede OTR Intake. No drilling of bottom mounts!
Temps PRIOR to install (w/ stock rad) : Up to 235
Temps AFTER install (aluminum rad) : Max of 212 with cruising temps around 180!

Good value and Quality

Could have used some more attention to product in shipping.
Not an issue that the box was opened but that the product was not inspected to ensure quality. The product sent to me has a visible bend upwards in the left side of it, however there were no kinks and as such I decided to just go ahead and throw it in and see if there were any clearance issues from this bend. The pegs at the bottom were also warped inward and needed some love (hammer) to get them to seat correctly, and the tabs needed some convincing as well from the upturn on the left side in order to make the clips on the front of it work.
All in all so far I'm quite happy with it despite the flaws listed above. Upon initial drive it had corrected the issue (cracked stock radiator) and proven to be more efficient than the stock.
Driving in cooler weather it maintains lower than stock temps and only ventures up to the stock temps when pushing it.
Second best money Ive spent on my GTO
Otherwise this is a super solid radiator. Fits right in the factory location and fits very well. It is a little tighter to the intake, if you are using a stock intake tube, it will need to adjusted. But otherwise it is a great product and made a world of difference for my almost completely stock 2004 GTO. no longer do I have a blast furnace in my cabin while driving and in traffic Im not listening to my fans kick on almost immediately after turning off.
